Udupi:
Udupi is a city in the state of Karnataka. Udupi is a famous tourist spot in Karnataka. Udupi is famous for its Krishna Temple and hence is a popular pilgrimage center. The famous spots to visit in Udupi are Kapu beach, Sri Krishna temple, Anegudde Vinayaka Temple, Kodi beach. In Udupi, there are many calm and pleasant beaches. Murdeshwar:
Murdeshwar is a town in the state of Karnataka. Murdeshwar comes under Bhatkala Taluk and in the district Uttara Kannada. The distance from Bhatkala to Murdeshwar is 13 kilometers. Murdeshwar lies on the coast of the Arabian Sea and the second tallest statue in the world of Lord Shiva is located here. Murudeshwar temple and the fine architectures of Vijaynagar Kings are the places that attract most of the tourists. Murudeshwar temple comprises of 20 storied gopuras and it is called Raja Gopura. In this temple, there is a lift installed and this lift helps the tourists and pilgrims to reach Raja Gopura and have a good view of the big Shiva statue. Murudeshwar is a place of religious importance and is also famous for its beautiful beaches. The best time to visit Murdeshwar is from the months of October to March.
